A few years ago after coming home from vacation, I realized I had come home with spiders and other crawly things… I was recommended to Biotech and couldn't have been happier with them as they got rid of the bugs in one treatment. They are VERY professional, returned every phone call in a timely manner, showed up for appointments on time and are the nicest of people. When we bought our home 12 years ago, the former owner left the biotech sticker in the boiler room. I am glad that they did because I have used the company for the past 6 or 7 years. Steve is amazing and always provides personalized service. The company is flexible, fast and fantastic! We have been fortunate to have had the same service provider-Dominique for the past 6 years. We have used biotech in the past for a families members bed big prep and treatment and they were amazing! Recently we were exposed to bedbugs and needed an inspection, we called a free inspection service and were immediately told we definitely had bed bugs over the phone and to just accept it and begin treatment ! We remembered how wonderful and prompt biotech was and hoped they offered an inspection! Within the hour we had a very professional and attentive exterminator John accompanied by Loki the cutest beagle ever! Yes we paid for it and it was worth every penny.
