I enjoy my visit because the staff and the service is excellent. The only complaint I have is to myself that I did not find this salon sooner. The name of the salon only can make you addicted to the best service in the neighborhood.

Pricing is always inconsistent. Every time I go to them, they charge me a different price (and I always get the same thing). Even when I ask what the price is when I walk in, the price is always different by the time I go to pay at the desk. This time I asked why the price is different. Her response was because I’m natural. Yeah, I was natural 2 weeks ago when I came and you charged me less!!!

The worst hair salon I have ever been too the customer service in that place was terrible the lady’s in there not all of them but two lady’s I had encountered with dont know there names was disrespectful, go to business class and know how to run a business and how to handle customers with respect. Disgusting!!!!!!!

The worst experience of my life in a hair salon . I came in at 9am and left at 6pm. The lady washing hair didn’t know how to see that my hair was tangle already and decided to wash the hair like this . Making it more tangle to the point I lost half my hair . I had beautiful long black hair thick now I have almost nothing left . Only pro was the service was free due to the fact my hair was damaged . I am traumatized

They are always incredibly nice and welcoming. Although it’s an hour away from home, it’s absolutely worth it because my hair is always done to perfection. Thank you, ladies!

WARNING!!!!!! They add perm or texturizer to nature hair without permission. They add it to conditioner!!!!!! Please be careful of this place . Had to get hair cut off!!! Owner tried to tell me it was heat damage from blow dryer. That was a complete lie. I went to several other salons after to try to figure out what happened, all confirmed that it chemical damage!!!! Go here at your own risk!!!

The best shampoo you will ever get from any salon in elmont or Queens, your scalp is going to feel brand new. They are polite, professional, and not full of attitude like most Dominican salon you go to, and they are pretty reasonable!
