Spoke to John on the phone and he was very quick to respond and get a worker over within 1-2 hours of my call. The work was done right and I am happy with the service. The gentleman who came did the job effectively and efficiently and for what I felt was reasonable in cost for the experience he brought over. I had another company over the previous day and they were trying to upsell me from their advertised price to many thousands of dollars for what they said was a problem which couldn't be fixed. Action pipe came and resolved the problem.

Although the guys who came were nice, I had to leave a review based on the experience. They came with a non- working snake, left for an hour. Returned with a working snake and snaked my sink once. Of the 3hrs at my residence, 30 minutes of work was done. The remaining was working to convince me to spend $1300 to hydro jet the line. Thankfully I was handy and purchased a JetSnake drain cleaner from Amazon and hooked it up to my pressure washer and cleaned the drain in less than 30 minutes. Did not use service because I felt pricing was unfair. Plumber went out to van to speak to boss to confirm price was market value and just drove off and did not come back.
