The geek squad member who helped me was very understanding, insightful, and treated every concern I had very seriously. This was a PC repair and they walked me through every step and told me WHY they were doing it like that to avoid future problems. 10/10

The Geek Squad member treated me with respect and explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing to solve my problem. I would totally recommend them to all my friends & family.

These electronic devices are constructed by the manufacturer as inexpensively as possible, and so they break and malfunction. The geek squad warranty will fix any problem, no matter how it happened (except intentional damage--you'd have to be heading to the asylum). They are pleasant to deal with, get the job done in reasonable time, and even have progress updates for you during the process. They do everything by appointment so that they can devote their entire attention to the one customer before them. And you can usually get an appointment the same day.
