Arnot Ogden Medical Center provides care for patients in various units. The 3B unit received praise for its technicians, aides, and nurses who provided excellent care. The 2nd floor nurses were also commended, though some patients reported negative experiences with the night shift. The Labor & Delivery unit was highly praised for its caring, attentive, and competent nurses, midwives, and pediatricians.
I have always used the Arnot Hospital for all my medical needs. A good place to go. But I Do NOT recommend dealing with their billing office for their doctors. I have called several times to get answers on two doctor bills. I have requested that the supervisor call me back on them but to this date they have not contacted me. I have left messages and still no response. Even my own doctor, which is an Arnot Health doctor, has contacted them on my behalf. I was told that they would call me back but still no one has called me. This office is VERY unprofessional and I am ashamed of this hospital. I worked in their billing office several years ago and we always returned calls. So I guess maybe I shouldn’t have recommended them. Every department should work together and take care of patients!
Birthed both children at Arnot and even had plastic surgery in the same hospital. Always had great providers. 10/10 recommend
