Came in for an emergency braids for a sweet 16 and she was amazing, she was very kind and focused on prioritizing the customer. Even with a busy salon Jacky was impressively multitasking. She executed my vision perfectly. Took her time with my service and the finished results assured me she was experienced. Would absolutely come again and even told my wife to come and get her hair done, she specializes in braids, extensions, and color and seems worth every penny.

I love the way Jacky does my hair !! I’ve come here three times now but third time was not a charm. The lady who cut my hair (although was sweet) did NOT give me the style I wanted. I specifically wanted a butterfly cut and she gave me 0 layers. My hair looks botched and uneven. She basically cut more of my hair length than I wanted. Had I wished I said something on my way out but felt terrible now two weeks later I’m straightening it and it looks horrible. It is so uneven. My hair was so long now it’s destroyed. I paid $70!! + tip. I just wish I had been vocal about my disappointment this time.
