First time customer, long time waxer. Comfortable, warm, clean facility. Kat was prompt and welcoming. I hadn't waxed in 5 years and booked a full leg wax. I'm moderately hairy and my hair was about an half inch long. Kat made quick, clean work of it and kept the wax hot so as to not break off the hairs ensuring slower growth by opening the pores so the hair is removed at the follicle. In other words, she knows what she's doing. She checked in with me all along the way to make sure I was comfortable. I felt taken care of and at ease. All and all a great experience. Could not recommend more! Booked a facial, brow wax and lash lift. Facial was one of the best I have ever had, my skin concerns of redness and dryness already improved after 24 hours. Brows look incredible as do lashes! Her space, energy, information, services, interactions, products and knowledge are second to none. Already booked again!

I have gotten a lot if facials over the years, more than I want to count! But my skin has never looked or felt as awesome as it does today. Kat is great at what she does and passionate about her work. I cannot praise her highly enough.
