“This is our go-to dog care place when we come to CNY. The owner and staff are very attentive and caring with our 7 lb. Yorkie.Bo.
Bo met a Rottweiler while he was there and fell in love with her. They looked like the old Looney Cartoon with the big dog and the tiny one together. We always peace of mind that he will be well taken care of.”
“We had 2 German Shepards and we had to we had to say goodbye to our Sledge about 2 years ago. It’s easy to overlook that our pets have a grief process of their own, so I decided to look into daycare and socialization for Sumatra.
We were turned away from other services due to Sumatra’s unique personality. I’m beyond grateful for the approach and knowledge leading to our success with daycare. The staff is phenomenal, they guided me through the process and shared their insights to animal behaviors, leaving me speechless.
During our “trial day,” I was briefed that Sumatra has a “nervous curiosity,” she just needed that personal support and space with introductions. There is an amazing awareness by the staff where each dog has a unique personality and are accepted for what makes them so special to us.
It’s an honor to be able to bring Sumatra to daycare here. She has developed a deeper sense of self and a happier life all together. Sumatra wakes me up on daycare days by pulling my blankets off and jumping in the kids bed. It makes me happy to see her that excited for her day.
I am grateful and proud of everyone who has, and will continue to play a role in Sumatra’s growth. It’s overwhelming while navigating places that you can trust that they will treat your pet with the love and care, just as you do. I confidently say, “this is the place.””
“We've been taking our two dogs for a few years during vacations. They always come back clean, happy, and healthy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for treating our family (pets) well!”
