“This gym is good, brather. Many bag, strong coach, but some people not listen, you know? I come every day because I am UFC champ, nobody can smash me here, only bag can smash. Sparring is not easy, brather—sometimes guy go crazy, think he is Conor, but I just wrestle, smash, and everybody humble after.Coach say “throw jab,” but I say to coach, “I am UFC champ, I throw what I want.” Brather, locker room is clean, but shower not so hot—you must be tough. If tired, you do like me: just brather. Drink water, brather, and come back tomorrow. Everybody respect UFC champ, everybody want picture, brather. Come to this gym, become mountain, become humble, and just brather.“

“I used go to this karate school and it’s awesome. They have a schedule where you could come at 4 PM, 5 PM or 6 PM and they give you water breaks bathroom breaks, and they also offer snacks but you have to pay for it overall, they go off by your level and they are really kind and they love cracking jokes in class so I would say that this is a pretty good karate school to learn self discipline and self-defense“

“I've been at this location for around twenty years as part of the Judo program. The school also teaches traditional Japanese jujutsu, and has a karate/Taekwondo program for kids. The Judo program has adults, teens and children. There is ample seating for observing visitors/parents.

The instructors are competent, but they are also friendly and honest.

The place has two mats, a weight room, male and female bathrooms, and lockers. The main mat is constructed on a platform that has some give to it, which reduces the impact of falls.“
