I showed up at the office for a 8am appointment with the physical therapist. I was first told they had no appointment for me, after I went back to my car to get my insurance information to confirm I was at the correct location I was told that the PT wasn’t there yet but I could fill out some paperwork and wait.
During the time I was waiting Dr. Sullivan was talking to his employees (never even acknowledged me even though I was the only other one sitting in the office) and was telling stories, laughing and cursing with f bombs, etc..
The PT showed up at 8:40 and came to tell me that the A/C in the PT room wasn’t working (and it was about 100’) so he would call me when it was back up. So I said if you couldn’t see me today why didn’t anyone else tell me? There were at least 4 employees there just talking to each other. He said “I thought they had” i have never been to a more unprofessional medical office in my life!! So I was late for work and now need to find another PT. So upsetting when I’m in pain and waited a week to see them. What a waste of time!!!

I met Dr Sullivan and his team for the first time last week. Dr Mack is kind, experienced and explains everything. His medical experience is astounding. His office staff are helpful and caring. Ortiz, ultrasound technician is very experienced and informative. I'll be back!

DR. MACK SULLIVAN is an outstanding doctor for my Mama. The office looks like a museum with beautiful artwork. The staff is friendly and professional.I feel safe and have peace of mind whenever I take my Mom to see DR. SULLIVAN because of the way he speaks with kindness, concern, and his medical knowledge to my Mom.DR. SULLIVAN and his staff always give my Mom time and add a very personal touch while providing excellent health care.I highly recommend DR. Dr. Mack Sullivan listens. He paid attention to all of my concerns and was really attentive. I haven't seen a doctor this good since the managed care disorder started. If you need a real doctor, then I can recommend you see Dr. Mack!

I’m a scale between 0 and 10 Dr. Sullivan are above 20, this man just change my life in terms of health. He diagnostically my Diabetes and help me to manager my number with right medications and amazing advices in order to make myself more active.He always available for my short notice needs.Well Dr.Mack Sullivan are a real Doctor with Vocation to help others.My testimony here are a simple and honest Thanks for all Doctor.
