I had a split AC system installed. I have had it for less than 2 weeks. So far it works well. When I called, they were very responsive. Salesman answered all of my questions and adjusted the proposal based on an additional request from me. The installation was done professionally and cleanly with a very neat job and as little lines as necessary.
The tech, Santiago, was well qualified and solved the control issue with ease. He was also very pleasant to deal with. We're all set to have a normal heating season. Thanks for the help!!!
Good company. We had them take out our old gas furnace and AC which were end of life, and install a heat pump system for heat and cooling. They came in $15K cheaper than a competitor.
It was a long process because of permits, paperwork and inspections from the city and ConEd, but they communicated good to us and took care of most of the paperwork.
They installed the system in 3 days, the first day our old gas furnace failed which we still needed for 1 or 2 days, and they took 2 hours to fix it. Outstanding effort.
