I should've bought a new machine vs working with this company! My washing machine had water remaining after each wash. I called the company, who showed up, charged me $800 dollars, and said it was resolved. The next day, the issue remained and the technician returned and rudely said i was incorrect despite showing pictures that it still is broken. The machine still doesn't work, they refuse to return to fix it, and won't refund us.

The staff is very responsive and Orlando the technician was super prepared and efficient and effective diagnosing and fixing the problem with my Viking oven igniter. Not cheap but very professional.
