Had an issue with unit not running! Was parked at this location from the night before. As soon as they came in, immediately got me in and diagnosed the problem! Had me fixed and rolling within a hour and half. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!!!
I had a couple of broken hinges on my trailer door & no other shop could get me in. I called Thermo King & they got me right in. Started working on my problem as soon as I arrived & I was done in an hour and a half. If I ever have another problem with a trailer in this area, I will immediately go to them. The price was also better than I expected. Awesome job!
Our first APU from this facility won't be our last ! Had an issue with unit we were brought right in and repaired with no Drama. Installation and service had been excellent.KML Transport
