Used Restoration Pro LLC after discovered mold from years of an overflowing dehumidifier getting under WAY too much junk stored in our basement. They cleared out our basement of all the junk and then treated the mold on floor, walls and air. They replaced our old dehumidifier with a pump dehumidifier that drained directly into our sump pump. Avdo, the owner, was initially reassuring (as I panicked with what seemed like an overwhelming task) and delivered everything he promised and was onsite during all the work….rare these days for an owner! Had water damage in a finished basement. This company was very efficient, communicative, and was willing to work with the insurance company and I to settle things to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for projects.
