We had a complete horror story. One second we were playing with our dog and the next she was covered in wasps. Thankfully she was okay, but it could’ve ended very badly. We called this company and they scheduled a visit for two days later. I happened to call the day before to ask some clarifying questions and the technician said he would come by to see things before his official visit the next day. He was able to confirm the location of the nest and dig it out the same night, which meant he didn’t have to come back the next day. Took off work, waited from 12-545 and no one ever showed up. Zero communication.
Updated: Nell was fantastic and the call center schedulers are the ones that messed up. Honestly couldn’t ask for better service from the technician when he came out. I think maybe the call centers need more training or let the technicians work their schedule. Thanks Nell!!
