I had an issue with yellow jackets congregating in a remote area of my basement, and Fox Pest sent a knowledgeable technician, James Drummond, out to the house. After investigating the situation, James was able to pinpoint the area from which the bees were coming. They were gathered under the compressor unit of a freezer I just had moved to the basement from my two car garage. James applied a spray under and to the back cavity of the freezer and the issue was neutralized. Thanks for all the help

Responded promptly to our request to eliminate a 2nd, but different bee infestation than one they successfully treated less than a week earlier. The technician arrived as scheduled and took care of the bees in a few minutes. They appear to be eliminated. Great service and problem resolution!
