The team that came to perform the care were timely, very professional, made sure to confirm everything with homeowners and the recommended program and did an excellent job from start to cleanup. We had a number of our crepe myrtles trimmed and cut back. they were 25 years old and needed to be trimmed and topped off. The arborist came over and looked at all of our trees, not to sell more services, but to explain their needs and growing patterns. It was fascinating. The tree crew was on time and respectful of our property. They explained what they were doing and why. Our yard was well cleaned up after the trimming.I will definitely use Bartlett Trees again now for our tree and shrub care.
