“Had Able Air come by for a seasonal AC start-up, first of the 2024 year. Just wanted to make sure everything was running properly and smoothly before the oppressive heat of the summer when I have my central AC running a lot. A technician named Nick came by the house within the timeframe window that Able Air had told me. He called about 20-25 minutes in advance to let me know his was on his way, as well.

Let me say that I very rarely write reviews. I had such a great experience with Able Air, and Nick specifically, that I felt compelled to share how professional and personable he was. He talked me through everything he was doing, explaining why he was doing it. He never tried to upsell me on any service at all. He worked efficiently and was super polite, and even though there wasn't much of anything to clean up, the place was left exactly how it was when he arrived. Not a single screw out of place or anything like that. He answered my questions related to the air handler and outside condenser.

I'm so relieved to say that I have found a reliable and TRUSTWORTHY company to use for any maintenance or service calls moving forward for my central AC unit. Able Air will be my go-to for the startup service each year, no questions asked.“
