The owner is the one to come to measure and show different designs. He's also the one to install. I like this personal hands on by a business. I've had Vertical Elegance do other window treatments in my house in the past and this is why my husband and I decided to have them do my new purchase. Highly recommend VE.
Vertical Elegance is a pleasure to work with. Nelson arrived with his book of samples. There were so many choices within each color. We did five windows. When the crew arrived, they worked almost silently and very efficiently. Everything was hung the right way the first time. There were absolutely no "hiccups". After they finished hanging them, the rooms were left just as they found them - clean with nothing left on the floor or furniture. The vertical treatments work flawlessly. When we redo the next two rooms, he is on my list to call first!
