Best pedicure I've had Kim makes my feet look brand new after

I absolutely love this place, it's always so relaxing and the owners are really sweet. They do an amazing job with pedicures and Kim is especially great at taking care of ingrowns and making sure you're comfortable the whole time throughout. I also tried their Gel X recently and it has held up really well!!

Worst experience of my entire life the female technician treated me terribly she had a disgusting attitude about her when the whole time I have kept my cool because I understood there was a language barrier I even had my friend with me who also agreed when I stated that my nail was crooked and I just wanted it to be straightened out I didn't ask her to redo anything I just asked her to straighten it and try to fix it The whole time she's saying that I'm wrong and that everything is straight and her husband was agreeing so of course they're going to be on the same page so I ended up leaving because she said she will no longer do my nails and left me half done and charge me $97 I ended up going to a different nail salon to clean up her mess and the nail technician at the other salon said the same thing I wasn't wrong about what I saw it wasn't done right she needs to practice and learn how to do Gel-X nails better I had big blobs of gel-X under my nails my nails were crooked and she didn't even bother to paint them or try to even fix it for me and forget about trying to give her constructive criticism she's only going to have an attitude with you and push and throw your hands in an angry fashion because she disagrees with you I feel like she has a lot of growing to do emotionally and she needs to understand that she's not always right and sometimes a little constructive criticism can actually help her growth.

My experience here was incredible! The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, and the owners were so sweet. Kim did an amazing job taking care of my ingrown nails, which is hard to come by in most salons. Will definitely be coming back here soon.

Terrible customer service. Kept saying they don't do acrylics when I was requesting gel polish.

We went for two gel pedicures and the gel has completely come off both of our toes two weeks later.

Kim is INCREDIBLE. Takes her time, makes sure everything is perfect. I will be back again and again. Such a cozy environment too.

I love this nail salon so much! Not only is it a quick walk, but the owners are amazing. They make you feel very welcome and are good at remembering faces! I noticed there's reviews people complaining about chipped polish or peeling. Don't let that discourage you honestly that happens especially if you wash dishes get your hands wet frequently etc however they're great about fixing it both times I've had a nail get chipped or peel off within only days of application they fix it for you with no hesitation and no charge granted,that may be different for say a full set of acrylics but that's also more expensive to replace. I always do gel spa mani and pedi and the outcome is beyond amazing! Don't sleep on this cute hidden gem you'll wind up a permanent customer like me!

I have gone to this place for a pedicure before and they did a great job so I decided to go again. This time around, I felt like getting a full set as well but decided to get the full set done before I picked up my mom. I was shocked to see they don't use the acrylic powder but they use a liquid acrylic/gel after the tips are in place. The gel dryer burned me at first because this is a different type of gel then what I am used to. Kim took pics of my hands when she was done, they didn't look bad I liked how they looked the first couple of hours until my nail popped off while I was cooking at 11p that night and my mother's dipped nail polish came off the next day in the pool! I went back the next day to get my nail fixed, but then the next day another two nails were completely popped off when Iooked down, and they were closed Sunday. I came in today down to a couple nails left and another nail popped off when I went to grab the door. Already frustrated and feeling bad for the wife, I didn't want anyone's time to be further wasted. I paid $60 plus $5 tip, didn't even think my nails would be $60 but the wife said design was free. I asked the husband if it was possible to get $40 back out of the $60 I paid because I no longer wanted to use the products they have because the gel is cakey, the nails are super fragile and the glue doesn't do anything at all. The one pic of my thumb shows she didn't even do the coffin design I asked for like what is that shape?? My nails broke everytime I moved or touched something or would get caught in my hair! The gel was caked on with a brush and lifted from the sides. I literally was saving the wife another hour of having to work on my nails and the husband Ken tells me it is my fault and I can't get my money back when I just had gotten my nails done 3 days ago, my nail breaks the same day, and everyday another pops off? Had they of given me my money back I would of gone back for my pedicure because my toes are great but my nails are you kidding me??? I paid $60 now to be back to nothing. I deserve to have my money returned. Highly irritated and dissatisfied. You can also take a look at my mom's nail, it came off the min she got out of the pool she was in for five whole minutes, the day after she got them done. Their shellac and gel nail polish SUCKS. SORRY, NOT SORRY!! #REFUNDPLEASE

I seldom write reviews but I think this called for a good one! I had Kim, she was absolutely lovely! It was a peaceful, relaxing experience and atmosphere. She took her time and gave great attention to detail, very pleased!
