Jeff is great! He handled my doggie diarrhea dilemma that was stressing me out. I picked up the diarrhea and blotted as best I could. I used a carpet cleaner to get as much of the orange stain off as possible. I was exhausted - But It was still horrible. Jeff to the rescue! First he fit me into his schedule the next business day. Next he came and used his top-notch equipment and cleaners to get the stain off. When he left I could still see It, but I was just thankful It was hardly noticeable. But he said, as It dries It may become less noticeable. So he gave me hope. And lo-and-behold, the next day It was gone like magic! See for yourself.... pictures are a 1000 words.... read full review
Jeff and Evan cleaned our carpets this morning. They did a really great job, were on time ( called before arriving to say they were on their way) and were efficient and professional. Jeff is a very kind and knowledgeable person. Gave me good advice about some Moroccan tile in my kitchen. Recommend highly
Jeff was pleasant , on time, worked his tail off and did a fantastic job for us. Asked him to do some magic because of the dog on the couch and stairs and he did not disappoint. Jeff also had a young helper with him who was a 10/10. Friendly , enthusiastic and worked hard alongside Jeff. I Threw a dart at the board using absolute based upon reviews , and this is why I’m writing this one. Jeff will be the person we use going forward for this type of work. Thanks Jeff.
