Keith was the consummate professional and fixed what we needed. He was on time, nice, and helpful. He was honest about what we needed and what we didn’t need. He also helped us with a separate emergency and came incredibly quickly when we had a heating emergency. Thank you!!!

Removed old oil boiler and installed new gas heat boiler and hot water heater. Keith and his men did a great job. Nice people to work with. I have used him for other home plumbing jobs.

We discovered that we had a leak in the heating system, however, our pipes are all in the slab of our house. The nightmare of digging up the first floor looking for a leak, and hoping that none will show up again, we started to look for a plumber. You would think that would be easy to do, but we called 7 plumbers, 2 who actually showed up, and only 1 who could handle the job at hand Keith and his amazing team at Complete Plumbing & Heating. From the moment I spoke to Keith, he didn't give me a million excuses about his kids soccer game, or any other nonsense as to when he couldn't make it, he gave me a time that worked right away. We did a walk through, he gave me his opinion and what our options were. Still thinking that running the entire heating system above the slab and not digging up the floors seemed like a huge job. Keith put us at ease immediately, and gave us two quotes (at our request). Both were much better than we thought we would spend on this size project. He scheduled a date right away, and in less than two days, the project is complete. It's amazing, and will make our home much more efficient. Although I not to need a plumber again soon, I know from now on, there will be only one call that needs to be made. We couldn't be happier that we have found Keith and his very professional team. By the way, the house was spotless when they left!
