Steve is a true master of his craft. My experience was exceptional from beginning to end, I threw some ideas I wanted to incorporate into my sleeve and he nailed it!!! The tattoo came out amazing!! Better than I could have ever imagined. I will recommend anyone to Tormented souls!!!!
