James was our technician and he was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and pleasant disposition. He investigated and got right to work search searching for every nest opening, and they were a lot!

Maybe it’s the way he walked straight into my yard and killed them through the doors and past the walls, just like he already knew them I said can you kill the rats for me? He said yes, positively. And he killed those rats for the first time ever he knew every way to make it better, where they go I don’t know, but I won’t forget him, cause he killed those rats, you guys should respect him. I heard those rat squeak squeak squeak. I heard those rat rats squeak squeak squeak. I heard them squeak now. I can’t hear them any longer. Said his name was Steve oh, and his dad was an exterminator . I said I had a dirty house ( I got a dirty house) but he cleaned it like he meant it. I said can you kill those rats for me? Steve said anything you want not for free… so they killed those rats. He’s the best exterminator ever!! if you ever need one, this guy is the guy. Best guy ever he was the best guy ever. He is the best guy ever. This was the best time ever.“
