Jay's Nail & Spa is a very clean and relaxing salon with brand new equipment. The staff and owner are extremely friendly, welcoming, pleasant, and professional. They do a very decent, thorough job and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and pleased. Gel manicures last for weeks, and pedicures always come out very nice. The atmosphere is wonderful, prices are reasonable, and the experience is highly recommended by regular clients.
Jay's Nail & Spa is my latest favorite salon. Jay and her staff are great; they're polite, professional and willing to go above & beyond to make you happy. Jay always greets with a smile and is a pleasure to talk to; Clara, who's been doing my nails for many years now, is wonderful, hard working and always, always, doing a great job. My nails always look great. The salon is clean, everything is new, and chairs are so comfortable. It's a pleasure and total relaxation going there; I would recommend it to anyone.
Staff is incredible and most relaxing manicure I have ever received I’ve been going consistently last few sets and the nails never break and always look perfect no chipping!! Also quick considering how perfect the nails come out!
* editing because Tina is seriously the best she went above and beyond and Tina and Sylvia both worked on my nails at the same time and came in early to help me out! They also never leave any client waiting and book so efficiently something that is really hard to find at other salons! My nails came out gorgeous as usual I am so happy
I think I have tried just about every nail place in East Northport and I can say without hesitation that Jay’s, now Rosee, is the absolute best. Everyone who works there friendly and you are always greeted with the warmest welcome. Tina and Julie are so talented, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.
