Customer service is impeccable. We only shop at bay gardens for our lawn care.. highly recommend this staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. my family will be back for all of your children's events as well. thank you again

While they have a wonderful selection of tropical plants & succulents... every plant I looked at, had mealy bugs. Be weary. They are hard to get rid of, and once you bring them home they will infest everything near it. I brought it to the attention to the women in the greenhouse and while she did move plants around to try and separate the ones that I pointed out... I found several others. Unfortunate because most of the plants are lovely.

Bay Gardens is the best! I live in California and they remotely take care of my planters and flower pots for my house in East Moriches. It's just like I was there. Strongly recommend!
