I was very happy with Shore Mechanical. I had a complete air conditioning and heating system installed and Frank Sasso made the whole process very easy. My system had to be relocated and Frank helped me plan everything and the installation team, that included Joe and Steve, were very professional and accommodating and answered all my questions. Shore Mechanical replaced by horrible old wall a/c unit for a ductless system I didn’t think I could afford. Frank came to the house and gave me a quote in about 15 minutes that was shockingly affordable. He was professional and put me at ease. Any concerns were addressed. Shore Mechanical installed a central air conditioning system in our home. The entire experience was professional and polite. From scheduling to installation, the entire staff could not have been any nicer. They even put down drop cloths so they wouldn’t get our floor dirty as they walked around.
