I’ve been dealing with Erik for a couple of years, paying for regular cleaning services. I specifically asked them to clean the exhausts on the roof upon hiring, only to find out recently that it was never done! When I confronted them about this, they had the nerve to give me a hard time and only offered a $100 discount after I had paid for seven or eight cleanings over the span of a couple of years. Instead of doing the right thing, Erik blamed his workers and refused to take ownership.
After a year, Erik tried to blame us, claiming they couldn’t access certain areas, we created openings and a year later, his worker claims the access was not there which is completely false and we sent over a timestamped photo!. The truth is, they cut corners and hadn’t been on the roof for a year. If you work with this company, demand proof of work being done, or else you’re likely paying for services that aren’t being completed. Eric talks like a nice guy and he probably is, but his grip on his business is simply not there.
