Don’t go here or if you do maker sure Ximena isn’t doing your nails… came here for a nail fix and left with a cut on my finger because she was filing so rough. She also didn’t say sorry for cutting me . Just wiped it down with some liquid. She also made my nail so slanted that another girl had to fix her mistake . You can also see the over layer of acrylic on the right side of the nail because someone else had to fix her slanted mistake .

Absolutely loved it. It was my first time coming here and didn’t know what to expect, but they were super nice and welcoming since I walked in. I also had a kind of tricky design but the girl who did my nails, Angela, did it even better than the inspo I had. She was also so sweet and knew exactly how to give me the cutest nails ever :3 10/10 ❤️

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing and I feel it’s important to share.
I came in expecting a relaxing self-care day and instead received one of the worst services I’ve ever had. Donna, the technician who did my nails, was rushed and careless. After filing and shaping, she didn’t even ask me to wash my hands — she painted over the dust, which made the polish look uneven and sloppy. No attention to detail whatsoever.
What should have been a massage turned into her standing behind me, squeezing one shoulder and slapping the other — all while she was distracted on her phone. It felt more like a joke than an actual service.
The pedicure was another disaster. I paid $40 for maybe 15 minutes of rushed work. She and another staff member were whispering, looking at my feet and speaking in their language — which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling judged and mistreated.
To top it off, the gel polish from my pedicure started peeling within 2 days. Totally unacceptable, especially for the price I paid — over $100 for subpar service and a humiliating experience.
It’s unfortunate, but I also noticed that white customers were treated with more care and friendliness. This kind of selective treatment is not okay, especially in a service-based business. Do better.
I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism and respect.

They(excluding the male receptionist, the 2 Spanish nail techs & the older Asian nail tech) only greet the white patrons sadly. They will stare at you and not say hi hello, which is so rude and despicable. Other than that they do an okay job when it comes to nails.
Reply to owner's response: I really hope you do better and teach your fellow Asian nail techs to greet all people and not only the white patrons, it's 2025 so it's lame to be like that 🙂.

Went there yesterday and I chose the nail colours from their catalog and still ended up getting the wrong Colour. The Colour was suppose to be white and that is not what I got. Not at all happy about this. You can also see where my previous uvgel was. Very disappointed. I asked for a shade of particular white from the catalog and this is what I ended up with!

This place is incredible I came here for the first time to get a manicure with my girlfriend and honestly, I was a little hesitant and felt kind of uncomfortable at first lol. But the ladies working there made me feel so welcome right away. They were kind, funny, and really down to earth, which helped me relax almost immediately. The atmosphere was super clean and calming, and the whole vibe of the salon was just relaxing and professional. My girlfriend and I sat next to each other, and they made the experience feel like a little date. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was perfect. I left feeling like a new person and my hands have never looked better. Highly recommend this spot whether you’re a regular or trying it for the first time like I was. Definitely coming back.
