Thank you to all the ladies who recommended MET hair salon. Ken is amazing!!!!!! The whole staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Very nice and friendly.I had not done my hair for 3 years, Ken took my hair from drag to fab! My husband said this is the first time your hair came out exactly like the picture. I can't wait to go back. Ladies, seriously if you're having second doubts, don't! Run and go you won't be disappointed.

The stylists were very professional and knowledgeable. I had balayage before and the hair was very bleached and damaged when I went in for another balayage. They managed to bleach my hair the exact right color and gave me the ashy tone I asked for.

I love the way my hair gets cut here. It's better than anywhere else nearby in the same price range. BUT 4/5 times I've come here, they took me 30-45 minute after my appointment time. They are either double booking or taking walk ins despite having an appointment coming in at that time. It's incredibly frustrating to have your time disrespected like this. I'm never late and always call ahead to schedule an appointment, so I shouldn't go through this everytimeEDIT: I meant to take this review down hours after I posted it because the salon was very apologetic and kind to work with when I finally got in the chair around the 40 minute mark.
