Nina is a fantastic instructor. She is fun, patient and encouraging. She creates a welcoming space where you feel comfortable. She’s great at breaking down moves so they feel achievable. She is also very talented and I love just watching her.

We loved this class. We had Sara as our instructor. She was so nice, patient, and fit our vibe perfectly!!! She made us comfortable and most importantly made sure we had an absolute blast. Definitely coming back !

What an awesome experience! I went into this pole class not knowing what to expect, and I walked out feeling strong, confident, and honestly impressed with myself. I learned multiple moves I didn’t think I could pull off. Taj and Liz made everything easy to understand and kept the energy high. I worked up a good sweat and had a blast doing it. Can’t wait to come back for more classes!
