They installed a roof which ended up having a leak . Took them over a year to get back to repair and charged me $250 for repair. A week later it leaked again, after promising to “stop by next week” for over another year, I had to finally call another company to make the simple repair that they couldn’t find time for and I paid for. He actually told me it takes a couple years of leaks before mold sets in and I shouldn’t worry. I’ve been dealing with contractors for over 40 years and have learned to have low expectations of response after initial job is completed and paid for but this was next level.
