Been here twice but sadly, they've now lost what would have been a repeat customer. I took my daughter for just a wash and trim and had called the day before to confirm the price for a child's cut and was told 25. After getting the cut, they stylist had the audacity to say it would be $45! I said I called ahead and was told 25. The woman at the front desk seemed dumbfounded and the stylist offered to take $5 off. This woman spent a grand total of about ten minutes cutting her hair and it was just a trim, nothing fancy, not even layers. Their greed and deceptive behavior and nonexistent customer service were astounding. I've never left a review before but this appalling behavior needed to be called out.
