Ray the plumber company very professional. Had Alex as the tech and he was very nice and did a good job. Courteous. Quick. And didn't over charge like a lot of plumbing companies do. Would definitely recommend.
My appointment for a leaking tub faucet was originally scheduled with a window of 11:00 - 1:30. As of 2:30 the technician hadn't arrived and I had to reschedule for the following day. When the technician arrived the next day he quoted me about $545.00 to inspect/replace the tub faucet and do a water leak test. This company doesn't provide itemized receipts so I don't know how much I paid for the new tub faucet. The technician didn't have the new faucet with him even though I described the issue in great detail when making the appointment. So I had to sit around for more than 1 hour waiting for someone to deliver a simple tub faucet and the water test involved turning on the shower and observing for leaks.
We had banging noises in our pipe and Tim fixed the problem. His effort and knowledge was the difference in my opinion. He was determined to resolve the issue. He was patient and professional throughout the work. Both he and Trevor were neat about their work. Great job guys! If I could give 6 stars I would !
