A few months ago I wrote a review for Dr. Peter Andolina, the surgeon that did the procedure; I can’t say enough about how he spoke with me and my husband the day of my first appointment. Of all the consultations that I’ve had to go through in my life as a female, this is the first time I left an office confident that I was in the right place and in the right hands.The staff at Marotta is very friendly and professional from the minute you walk in the door. The surgical nurses are the best I’ve ever had and I can’t possibly thank them enough for their help before, during and after the procedures.It’s now November and for the 3rd time I made the decision to put myself in the capable hands of Dr. Peter Andolina. This was a rough one to make, upper inner thighs. I knew I wanted it done and Dr. Andolina had be the surgeon.I was uncomfortable and actually nervous about the details of this procedure and the weeks of recovery after.Once again Dr. Andolina went over the details of the surgery with me and my husband,explaining exactly where the incisions would be and exactly what would be required of both of us on the days following the procedure. He was confident and reassuring without making me feel pressured in any way.His exceptional “bedside manner” and frank honesty about what to expect allowed me to walk into that operating room calm as I could be in that position and just as confident in him as he was in himself.It’s just about two weeks now. “A great doctor who actually listens to what your saying and helps you find the best thing for you, after doing some meso injections we started talking about some pain I was having in my shoulder. She gave me some advise and that lead me to seeing her for pain management. A consultation later, she advised me what would help. I had a trigger point injection which led to immediate relief. I've heard about injections but never believed it would help. I was always one for taking pain meds ( over the counter) ice, heat even a message but these methods only lasted a short time, but the injection lasted me several months. I am so grateful to Dr . Adler for all she has done for me. I will be letting everyone I know who has pain and has had no luck getting it under control to see her. Thank you.“
