No parking. Desk people not pleasant. Brought a basic dress repair to them which they said they could not fix. It is close to my house so I tried again after years not coming here, but will return to bringing my items back to the city for cleaning and tailoring. Good for them they have little competition out east!
Do not use them. They have a monopoly on the area and are horrible rude and expensive. They ruined several shirts with starch stains that will not come out and ripped a shirt. My wife's dresses needed to be repressed. When I complained about, the man at the desk was rude and nasty. Told us we were looking for a discount
Had used this place for years until this year they mixed up one of my dress shirts, I called and explained the situation and how there is no way the shirt they gave me could be the one I dropped off and they refused to do anything about it or admit any fault, last time I will be going here.
