I’ve always had a great experience here! I’m not sure why the ratings are so low?
The ladies are very nice. It’s not a posh place but gets the job done. I go for builder gel which is so much better than regular gels and lasts almost 3 weeks!
I was going here every 3 weeks year-round--- have always been on time, pleasant, and tip well-- and the salon just cancelled my appointments two weeks in a row. You'd think they'd try a little harder to squeeze you in and you'd get better customer service as a regular customer. I'm definitely going to find somewhere else to do my nails. Disappointing, because their nail technician Mercy was awesome and did great dip nails...it sounds like she is no longer there.
I've been a regular customer at Golden Touch year-round, going in every 3 weeks for a dip manicure and pedicure. Last week they cancelled my appointment the day before. They did the same thing again today and told me they couldn't take my dip off for another week (that would be 5 weeks total!) and didn't seem to care at all. There is only one manicurist who does dip nails well, and it appears she no longer works there. Very disappointing. If anyone knows where Mercy is doing nails now, I'd happily go somewhere else! :)
