Usually not one to write reviews, but my experience was terrible. I came in with long nails, and after she filed them, they were all completely different lengths. When I pointed it out, she laughed and offered to file the rest down to match. The thing is though, I wanted to keep my nails long, so there was no way to fix what had already been done.

She then accidentally applied filler top coat instead of gel base. When the color then kept slipping off, she filed it off and reapplied the wrong 'base coat' twice before realizing she had been using the wrong product.

The salon booked me right away which is tough in East Hampton. Got a great pedicure, everyone is so nice. Very comfortable and love my toes

I love this salon. I’m surprised at all the bad comments and reviews. Yes it’s expensive - but look where we are. Everyone who works there is always incredibly sweet and helpful. Cuticle care is the biggest thing for me and they are super detailed and great with it!
