“Jamie and his crew helped with full renovation and reconfiguration of 4 bathrooms in our home and they were all superb. Our bathrooms came out beautifully, even better than we imagined. He and his team are extremely skillful and creative, and the workmanship was top level. Jaime was also very good at working with our budget and gave us excellent advice on how to save money without compromising style. Jamie and his team were also extremely patient. My wife and I changed our mind several times about various things and he was also very patient accommodating and implementing the changes. His communication was also excellent - we regularly received photos and videos of the work and were always kept up to date on progress. We will not use anyone else on future projects.“

“We had an excellent experience with Phil and his team. Phil was there every step of the way. He went to the lot we purchased in East Hampton, scoped it out, overlaid the house plans on it before we even had any agreement on price, scope, etc. Phil was proactively suggesting ideas that were not only in good taste and focused on value engineering, but tasteful and honest. The company is extremely transparent in its quotes, they gave us reasonable allowances and worked with us every step of the way. They broke ground on time and finished a 6,000 sq ft house as promised, in 13 months! He paid attention to every detail, made sure our design elements were incorporated, coordinated all the subcontractors, even those (like Jeffco, a landscaping firm) whom we hired separately. Everything Phil could control came on budget. Our change orders, which weren't that numerous largely dealt with our own ideas, a larger book, a brick wall, an office above the garage, etc. we will only use PKB and will not work with anyone else. Outstanding job!!!“
