I would give it 10 stars if I could! This store is perfectly curated, but what really shines is the extraordinary customer service! What a luxury that this store offers makeup application and expert consultation! When I walked into the store I received the warmest welcome, and everyone made me feel so special and cared for (getting my makeup done can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but NOT here)! The staff was so knowledgeable and recommended the best products that have become my absolute favorites. My experience with Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal — truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Rebecca has an incredible eye for beauty, style, and personal image, and the level of knowledge and professionalism she brings is unmatched.
She took the time to understand exactly what worked best for me and gave me the most amazing recommendations. I was so impressed with every product she suggested that I ended up purchasing all of them immediately — and honestly, it was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I needed a break from Sag Harbor so my friends and I decided to go to East. When we were there we decided to go to the bluemercury. After shopping around for a little we saw that they had a nice variety of products. I picked up a lip balm that my friend recommended. However, when I got to the cashier, she told me that they do not accept cash. I was shocked because I thought this was illegal (and it is). I am throughly disappointed in my experience. I am aware that the cashiers cannot do anything about this but I hope that someone of a higher authority sees this and does something about it. Overall: They had a nice variety of products but the Ulta Beauty in bridgehampton has a better selection and accepts all kinds of payments.
