As someone who deals with chronic back pain he provided an A++ massage. I felt significant relief and am still in a glow the next day. His business is clean, relaxing, and inviting. John certainly has a repeat customer in me.

John is so incredibly talented and hard working. This is the best massage I’ve ever had! Within an hour, he was able to work out this intense knot I had around my right shoulder. One that a massage therapist had said she would need multiple hours to relieve! I cannot recommend JR Mac massage therapy more!!!

I wish I could go to John every week. He has a calming and positive energy. When leaving, I feel more relaxed both physically and emotionally. John also introduced me to a sound bath. If you are looking for. a place to relax and recharge visiting John is the perfect place to go.
