Been with this place since I was a kid, recently had a newborn child and missed my appointment and they were more concerned over collecting a 50$ fee then keeping a lifetime patient. What a shame. Seek elsewhere

While the dental procedure itself was ok, the Doctor’s attitude was disrespectful and dismissive. This significantly affected my comfort and trust as a patient. Professionalism and respectful communication are clearly lacking. Unfortunately, the experience has made me reconsider returning to this clinic.

Please if you’re nervous to go to the dentist, give this office a call! She is straight forward and wants to do everything she can to work with you and your coverage to get the care you need and can afford! She always explains plans and what will be needed to keep up with care and she makes sure your comfort is prioritized which for someone with a lot of anxiety was extremely important. Not only am I able to smile with teeth again after years of never smiling but I can chew eat and I finally feel like myself again and she made me promise to never go that long without a visit again! Would never in my life think I’d say I’m excited for my next visit with Dr.Dong :) Don’t let other places convince you of expensive care you don’t need and will leave you in debt, allow her office to care for you and make sure to show to your appointments!

If I could give only one star I would definitely do it. Dr. Dong is too rude. I arrived and she did an x-ray and told me I had a ton of cavities. I explained to her that I didn't understand how, since I've always gone to the dentist year after year. To summarize, she filled my entire row of molars on the right side with fillings without any explanation, saying that I have cavities all over that area. I hope there was no malpractice because if there was, she would have ruined my teeth, which all the dentists before her always said were very good. I warn those who come after me not to go, listen to those who have only given one star because I didn't listen, well, I had to go through that bad experience.

The doctor has always been excellent with great chair-side manor! She is kind and funny. I have never had an issue with any of the staff, billing, doctors, hygienist. Our family has been going to Greenbush Family Dental for 15 years. Never an issue getting an appointment to fit our schedule. This is an EXCELLENT practice.

Never under any circumstances go to this practice or see Dr. Dong, I’m not a disgruntled patient over the cost of dental procedures, but someone suffering life long dental issues because of her. Dr. Dong will fill cavities that you don’t need, very poorly too. All of the work she has done for me has failed. Fillings that have caused bone loss because they were so poorly done I could not floss. All of the root canals she has performed have failed causing a ton of issues for me as a 30 year old. She is a Medicaid based dentist preying on patients who don’t know better.
Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider going here.

She treated my mom horrible knowing she has cancer, she yelled at her, made her cry, literally told her to stop being a baby and asked what the hell is wrong with her, because my mom was shaking! We reported her to insurance company. She is lucky I was 7 state's away, and not there with my mom. Otherwise her mouth would be hurting, and I would be in jail!! Read the reviews, she is a horrible person and doesn't belong in the medical field at all!!!

Things happen. I missed an appointment this morning and needed to reschedule. The guy on the phone was super rude and told me I needed to pay a $50 missed appointment fee! I needed to reschedule. This place can not keep hygienists employed and I never felt welcomed in the space. I guess I’m looking for a new dentist…

So I went there last week and I read the reviews, but figured I would give it a fair shake, and it was kind of An emergency. I went in because I had been having a lot of tooth pain. I had an issue with my wisdom teeth in the past so I knew it was probably another infection and I would need to get them pulled. I thought the review saying that she was telling people that everything was a cavity was a stretch until she came in and told me that I had cavities in all 4 wisdom teeth and one in the front and offered to do a root canal as that was the worst one. She then proceeded to say that she didn’t see any infection and the cavities in my wisdom teeth weren’t bad and would be fine with just a root canal. I asked if she was sure there was no infection as this felt like the last time when I had one. She said she would prescribe me antibiotics and have me come back where we can discuss root canals if I didn’t want them pulled. To be clear it was recommended I pull them years ago but I didn’t have dental then. Flash to today, I have an abscess by the wisdom tooth that hurts and tonsil stones forming. I have trouble believing it went to zero sign of infection to all this in 3 days while being on antibiotics. This woman wanted to make money off the root canals then just say yeah get it pulled and I had to ask for antibiotics. She would have let it get worse if I didn’t. So yeah I’ve already left a message with an oral surgeon because not risking going back to her.
