Please if you’re nervous to go to the dentist, give this office a call! She is straight forward and wants to do everything she can to work with you and your coverage to get the care you need and can afford! She always explains plans and what will be needed to keep up with care and she makes sure your comfort is prioritized which for someone with a lot of anxiety was extremely important. Not only am I able to smile with teeth again after years of never smiling but I can chew eat and I finally feel like myself again and she made me promise to never go that long without a visit again! The doctor has always been excellent with great chair-side manor! She is kind and funny. I have never had an issue with any of the staff, billing, doctors, hygienist. Our family has been going to Greenbush Family Dental for 15 years. Never an issue getting an appointment to fit our schedule. This is an EXCELLENT practice.
I hope people will actually read this review, and take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.
Dr. Dong is simply the best. She's quick, efficient, never late, and straight to the point. She doesn't waste your time, or her own. If your teeth are causing you problems due to obvious neglect, she will tell you that. She won't tip toe around why you're having issues. I have had a broken molar for about 6 years now that has caused me some serious on/off pain, the last bout of pain being almost unbearable. I had to take the plunge and schedule an appointment.
