Place is excellent. I've been in for several visits and an eye exams. I'm brand new to needing and wearing glasses. I wish every type of service place was like this.
They are very efficient with walk in assistance and provide prompt and pleasant service. and there are enough places to sit comfortably and not feel crowded.
Tom is an all-star. I believe he is the supervisor. He has helped me many times. I have gone for glasses repairs 3 times now, over a 2 year period and some or most staff are excellent, as is the experience and customer service.
Everything went very well I only gave 3 on the last question because I haven't received my glasses yet so i'm not sure if they're correct yet Other than that everything was fine
The gentleman that does the ordering was very knowledgeable and polite. His title is supervisor, but he should be the store manager. He has know how and experience that makes him standout.
