“Joe to the rescue! After buying my first home, I contacted multiple flooring companies for quotes, including Joe. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and confident in his work, and his price was on par with others. I stupidly ignored my gut though and hired another company. That company ended up botching the job THREE times, each progressively worse. I reached back out to Joe, and he got me in quickly and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns, and came back a few times to made adjustments to thresholds, etc. I called him again after an appliance technician damaged the kitchen floor, and he came by to evaluate and did a quick fix without expecting anything in return.“

“Last year they did the windows and those were great products put in professionally at a good price, I like that they make them themselves and guarantee their work, and their own crew does the installation. Then we needed our bathrooms remodeled and we chose Comfort for their quality and price. We got a good discount because we were repeat customers. Tommy from sales was awesome and on the ball with answers, and our project concluded very well, we were so impressed with the quality and speed and craftsmanship of the bathroom updates. They did 2 in a week (shared bath and a powder room)!

The crew was incredible, smart and skillful and polite and personable, I had a very good feeling we picked the right company to do these based on our window project earlier. The office crew was responsive and helpful and overall we had a great experience with this company! We picked fixtures from Curtis and Comfort installed them, redid the floor, bath/shower system. “It has been a while since I have sealed my driveway, and I was very impressed with the crew that came out. The process was smooth, start to finish. The first interaction was getting for a quote, which was dropped off in my mailbox within a week. Once I called to accept the quote, we scheduled the day. The crew came out on the day, with the edger and leaf blower, and did a beautiful job of cleaning the edges. They explained that due to the time that passed since the last sealing, it would require a thicker coat, which would take longer to dry, but that they would come back once it was scheduled to be dry for 48 hours. They were very pleasant to talk to, and the price was very fair. I will happily use Salisbury Pro in the future.“

Also, installed an outlet in my work area and as a surprise mounted it at a height where I can rearrange my equipment any way I want to and it's always easy to access (the customer isn't always right)!
