Mark, the owner of Blue Crew Pool, was great to work with, especially as a first-time pool owner. I reached out to him for my pool closing, and he was patient, educational, and took the time to explain things clearly. He showed up exactly when he said he would and pointed out potential issues with the pool along with recommended remedies. While Mark isn’t the most talkative person, he’s a small business owner with a big heart who truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Blue Crew Pool and will definitely be going to Mark for future pool questions and projects.
Mark went above and beyond to repair our pool pump and pool heater. He had to reach out to various sources to get replacement parts for our older system as we were hoping not to replace it at this time. He showed true patience and expertise! Thanks, Blue Crew Pools!
I needed someone to close my pool who knew how to close it without lowering the water below the skimmer. My neighbor recommended Blue Crew Pools. I contacted them and within a week they came and closed my pool. Mark and Amy did a fantastic job. I will be calling them to open and close my pool from now on. Mark even showed me something I never knew....where my circuit breaker for my heater was. Both of them very knowledgeable and friendly personalities. Plus, the price was very reasonable.
