The owner , Rose, is incredibly knowledgeable and is an amazing Yoga instructor. I have been going to her classes for years and would highly recommend her .Rose is very kind and approachable and I always learn something new from her. Thank you Rose!
I have been attending Yoga at Bodhi Glyphix for over 20 yrs. Rose's classes do an excellent job of combining body, mind & soul. Their are some core elements in every class, however each class is unique in it's design. The classes flow smoothly and end with a brief meditation. Rose's experience and sensitivity to the participates make her classes truly unique. Do not hesitate to join any of her classes. You will not be disappointed.
I love Body Glyphix yoga studio. Rose is a fabulous instructor with years of knowledge, a true yogini. She fills her classes with all kinds of information about your body and how things work. For many years I have had a tendency toward motion sickness, since I have been doing yoga and Roses vagus nerve hacks I have seen great improvement in this area. It is a peaceful class and can be done with beginners, if you're looking for a place to unwind and stretch yourself come to Body Glyphix.
