Kind, friendly, efficient service and excellent troubleshooting skills! I brought in 2 vacuums, a Dyson and a Miele. Unbeknownst to me, my Miele was missing a part. I promptly received a phone call diagnosing the missing gasket as the issue at hand. I received both vacuums back within a few days and they work like new!

i was happy with the service I received trying to keep an old vacuum alive, so this was the first place I stopped when it was time to buy a new one. I bought a Riccar and paid far less than what it was listed for online and I got free tune-ups for 5 years.
