“My first encounter with Amy was 2 years ago. She was working with a client who had serious physical restrictions. As I listened to her session it was immediately apparent that not only did Amy completely understand her clients challenges, but with patience and a total lack of judgment she was able to tailor the exercises to her client.I had struggled with pain from a degenerative condition and was about to start PT but after speaking with Amy about my condition I thought I would give Pilates a shot. Fast forward two years, I never did to go to PT, working with Amy has made me stronger and more physically stable more importantly today I am pain free. Amy focuses on the individual making pilates possible for all shapes, sizes and physical abilities. Lastly she's hysterical yet another ab workout.“
