East Aurora Pediatrics PC has been providing excellent care for children for over 10 years. Dr. Gupta is a kind and considerate pediatrician who is thorough in her approach. The entire team is welcoming and understanding, especially to first-time parents. They are always available to answer questions and ensure parents understand their child's care. The office has a pleasant atmosphere with painted walls that create a welcoming environment for children. Parents appreciate the short wait times and the dedication of the staff who care about their kids.
East Aurora Peds has been amazing. Everytime I call regarding my grandchildren they are extremely accommodating. They are always on time for the appointments. We are never rushed. The kids actually enjoy going there.
We've come here for three years and had a mostly positive experience. Today, we had our first appointment with Gabby, a new physicians assistant at the practice who was absolutely awesome with our daughter. She made the visit fun and easy, saw us quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed for school before we left.
I love EA Peds! We came here from back to back bad experiences at 2 other practices. I’m so glad I made the switch. All 3 of my kids are in care here, 1 since 2 days old. Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, to the providers makes my kids feel comfortable & me feel heard as a parent.
